Our Capabilities:

Joining Technologies machining capabilities include the following:

  • CNC Milling – CNC milling, or computer numerical control milling, is a process which utilizes computerized controls and rotating multi-point cutting tools to gradually remove material from the workpiece and produce a custom-designed part or product.
  • CNC Turning – CNC Turning is a manufacturing process in which bars of material are held in a chuck and rotated while a tool is fed to the piece to remove material to create the desired shape.
  • Wire EDM – A wire cutting process that uses metallic wire to cut or shape a workpiece, often a conductive material, with a thin electrode wire that follows a precisely programmed path.
  • Surface Grinding – A manufacturing process that uses a rotating abrasive wheel to smooth the flat surface of metallic or nonmetallic materials. This gives them a more refined look by removing the oxide layer and impurities on work piece surfaces.
  • Rapid Prototyping – A group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a physical part or assembly from a three-dimensional design. With rapid prototyping, our engineers can create a better final product, iterating several times between digital designs and physical prototypes with a quick and cost-effective workflow.
  • Machine Repair – Ability to reverse engineer and replicate components upon analyzing machinery and component functionality.
  • Tooling & Fixturing – Expertise in crafting specialized tooling and fixturing to address diverse manufacturing challenges.
